It was a good experience. I liked Dr. Goel and my hygenist Ivan. They both were very professional and made me feel comfortable. Would recommend this practice.

I switched to this dentist after my original dentist stopped accepting insurance. Overall the standard of care feels like a chain and not they don’t seem to pay close attention to individual care. I have gum recession and my prior dentist used to measure the recession each cleaning. They have never done that here. I needed a replacement retainer for my Invisalign and they tried to use a discount vendor called Spark, charged me $200 and it was flimsy and tasted terrible like plastic. I complained and to their credit they admitted to trying to use a new cheaper vendor and then offered to replace my retainer with the proper retainer from Invisalign. There was an additional charge of $120. Usually Invisalign comes with 2 sets of retainers for $350 but in this case they received 4 total and would only provide me with 1 for $340. So they are keeping 3 other copies of my teeth retainer to do what with, I have no clue. I understand there is a cost but given they tried to swindle me on the first round and made me wait 3 additional weeks to get my proper retainer, I’m giving this dentist a negative review. I won’t be back and neither will my husband so have fun with the copies of my teeth.

So pleased with the care I receive at Pure Dental Arts. I avoided going to the dentist for years because it gave me so much anxiety. Upon arrival at Pure Dental Arts, I immediately felt welcome and comfortable. I have had 3-4 appointments now and the receptionist is always very kind. The Dr and hygienist are personable and I never feel rushed. Such a great experience! Thankful to find such a great team for my dental care!

Great experience overall! My insurance changed after the new year and I’m so happy I chose Pure Dental Arts as my new dentist. Very clean, welcoming, and professional.

I could not be more impressed with Dr. Goel and the Pure Dental Arts team. My entire experience was seemless. Dr. Goel skipped all of the nonsense i have experienced with far too many dentists in the past; no attempts to upsell or recommend expensive unsolicited procedures. He quickly addressed my concern and sent me on my way. I wish I had found them years ago. After literal years of delaying intervention, bouncing from dentist to dentist, and things deteriorating to where I was in so much pain I couldnt sleep at night, I finally booked a new patient emergency appointment online after hours. Fortunately they were able to see me the following morning. Both the online booking and receptionist informed me that the initial visit was a consultation, and any work might have to be scheduled out - completely reasonable. Much to my surprise, after a quick consult Dr. Goel asked if I wanted to do the procedure today, warning i might "be in the chair a while". A couple minutes later I was being presented reasonable, transparent pricing. A total of 50 minutes elapsed from when i walked in the door, to when i walked out. During that time I was treated with kindness and dignity. I absolutely
